Rollie’s Frozen Custard was established in 2019 by Brenda and Arthur Wilson. It was named in honor of Ollie’s Frozen Custard in Dekalb, IL who inspired the dream. Rollie’s is a family-owned and operated shop focused on providing quality frozen treats, outstanding customer service and leading the community.
